COMPETITION

 
for awarding a total of 5 (five) annual scholarships Adil Zulfikarpašić, one scholarship to a full-time student of the first or second cycle of study University of Sarajevo, University of Tuzla, University of Džemal Bijedić in Mostar, the University of Bihać and the University of Zenica,  in the academic year 2023/2024. year
 

Candidates who meet the following conditions have the right to participate in the competition:

• that they are citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina
• that they are full-time students of the first or second cycle of studies in the 2023/2024 school year. year
• that they achieved an average grade of at least 8.5 during the first or second cycle of studies
• that they did not renew the year during their studies 

The scoring criteria are:
 
     a) Based on success - grade point average
     b) On the basis of prizes won at competitions and medals won,
         and published academic works during studies
     c) Based on the degree of disability of the candidate, via 60% 
     d) Based on average household income
     e) Based on the confirmation that the parent was in the armed forces of the RBiH Army,
         and/or that one of the parents was in a camp, and/or that he is a war invalid, and/or
         that he died as a member of the RBiH Army or as a civilian victim of the war

The scholarship is awarded for the academic year 2023/2024. year in the non-refundable amount of 3,000.00 KM.
 
The selection of candidates for the award of the scholarship is carried out by a committee appointed by the Board of Directors of the Bosniak Institute - Foundation of Adil Zulfikarpašić.
 
Candidates are required to submit the following documentation:

• certificate of citizenship
• certificate that the student has enrolled in the 2023/2024 school year. year of study in the status of a full-time student at one of the mentioned universities
• certificate from the university about passed exams with an average grade (minimum 8.5) during the previous years of study
• the university's belief that the student did not renew the year during his/her studies
• proof of winning the first, second or third prize at a cantonal, federal, state competition
• proof of participation or winning an award in an international competition
• letter of intent (in the header, state name and surname, address, contact phone number, e-mail) with an indication Application for the competition for the award of the "Adil Zulfikarpašić" scholarship from the funds of the Bosniak Institute - Adil Zulfikarpašić Foundation
• proof of material and social status (certificate of parents' income: pension check for the previous month, confirmation from the employment service)
• proof of the criteria listed under item "e"
• declaration of the candidate that he does not receive a scholarship on any other basis (verified by the municipality)

All documents submitted as proof of eligibility must be originals or certified photocopies. Documents are not returned to candidates.
 
The competition remains open until November 24, 2023. years.
