  9. Planning organization and business analysis
  10. Contemporary trends in business planning and analysis

Objective of the course

To acquaint students with theories of strategic and operational planning, methods and types of business analysis and their practical application

 

Teaching methods

In addition to regular lectures, current topics are covered through the participation of students in the following ways: business cases (prepared by the teacher or students in cooperation with the teacher). Teaching is interactive and conversations and discussions are supported.

Knowledge testing methods

Students who pass the first test during the school year are obliged to pass the second test and the oral exam. The written part of the exam is a prerequisite for the final oral exam. Activities include discussion during class and preparation of a seminar paper (optional).
