In the period from May 9 to 12, 2024, the Youth Leadership Conference was held in Sarajevo, as part of the European Union's Generation Change program. The participants in front of the Faculty of Economics of the University of Zenica were second-year students Dženisa Đerahović, Lejla Mekić and Nađa Šišić, who with their creative application in the competition fulfilled the first condition for entering the second phase of the competition. The committee for selecting the teams that will participate in the Youth Leadership conference had a difficult task, and among all the great and creative applications, they chose exactly these students who showed the highest level of creativity.

Dženisa, Nađa and Lejla, together with the students of the Faculty of Agriculture, Mostar - UNMO, were part of the "Butterflies" team. During this event, the most creative ideas generated during the conference were selected by a jury, and in the coming months will serve as the basis for a comprehensive video production process in which students will participate as actors or support film crews to realize their video project. The winners of this competition have the opportunity to win a study trip to Brussels.
