"The Excellence Academy in cooperation with the Faculty of Economics of the University of Zenica organized the education "Leadership and Motivation 2023" on March 20, 2023. in Sarajevo at Hotel Europe. Thirty students of the Faculty participated in a full-day education aimed at encouraging leadership skills in young people that will contribute positively to their personal development and society in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

 

The program included education in the fields of: Communication and Marketing; Cultural pluralism; Organization management; Motivation and personal development. The lecturers and panelists at the training were Nađa Lutvikadić-Fočo, Edin Branković, Milan Todorović and Tarik Isaković. Ilma Dedić-Grabus, Tarik Moćević and the Academy of Excellence team contributed to the successful organization of the event. As part of the educational program, the students toured the old center of Sarajevo and visited the Jewish Museum, the Cathedral of the Heart of Jesus, the Cathedral, the Bey's Mosque and the Emperor's Mosque.

 

"We are glad that, together with the Faculty of Economics of the University of Zenica and the students of the Faculty, we were able to achieve this type of education, which was recognized and rewarded in the selection of the International Olympic Committee (IOC). We are also grateful to the lecturers, panelists and friends of the Academy of Excellence who selflessly contributed to the success of this education. We hope that our alumni will continue to pass on their knowledge and experience to future generations of Academy attendees and beyond," said M.Sc. sci.
