The Agency for Identification Documents, Records and Data Exchange of Bosnia and Herzegovina (IDDEEA), as the competent institution for issuing qualified electronic signatures (QES) in accordance with European and domestic legislation, has developed modern digital services available to all citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Among them, we highlight:

• Qualified electronic signature (QES) – the legal equivalent of a handwritten signature in the electronic world.
• The e-IDDEEA mobile application - a free, simple and secure application that enables digital identification of citizens, access to public and private e-services, and the use of electronic signatures via mobile phone.

Registration for KEP and the e-IDDEEA application is extremely simple, and our team is available for all necessary technical support and cooperation.
