

We inform the students of the Faculty of Economics of the University of Zenica that on Tuesday, December 17, 2024, a guest lecture by dr. Radoslav Barišić from the Faculty of Economics, University of Zagreb on the topic "The future of organizations and professions: how to plan in innovative companies?" The lecture is intended for all interested students.
Radoslav Barišić is an assistant professor at the Department of Organization and Management at the Faculty of Economics, University of Zagreb. He obtained his MBA degree in 2011 at the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb, and completed his doctorate in 2015 at the Faculty of Economics in Split with a dissertation on "The relationship between competitive dynamics and company success." He has rich professional experience from various industries and positions. In the period from 2007 to 2012, he worked at INA-Industria nafte in Zagreb on projects within the Retail Management Sector. From 2012 to 2019, he held the position of advisor to the minister for project financing in the Ministry of Regional Development and EU Funds, where he held various management positions related to regional development, strategic planning and management of EU funds. After that, from 2019 to 2020, he worked as an assistant director at ZICER (Zagreb Innovation Center), focusing on organizational and strategic development programs.
