V. Prof. Dr.Sc. Aleksa Stanković has been responsible for the sportsmanship of the students of the Faculty of Economics of the University of Zenica since its inception. Students of the Faculty of Economics of the University of Zenica together with other students of other faculties of the University of Zenica are winners of numerous awards and recognitions. Some of them are:

• e4 – 4th Economics Olympiad, Sarajevo, 2008, 3rd place – volleyball (Olympics of Economists)
• "Small Olympic Games" municipal competition - volleyball, 1st place /W/, Zenica May 2008
• e5 – 5th economic event, Sarajevo, 2009, 3rd place – volleyball /F/
• e5 – 5th economic day, Sarajevo, 2009, 2nd place – basketball /M/

Students of the Faculty of Economics of the University of Zenica together with Professor Stanković, in addition to the mentioned competitions, also participate in activities such as a recreational bowling competition in groups, promotional and organizational activities as part of the university promotion of graduates and other volunteer activities. According to the current curriculum, the subject of Physical Education is in the first year of study, where students build team spirit and strengthen motor activities, which in the following years of study will be the basis for further success, because the motive of every successful student should be "In a healthy body , healthy spirit".
